• Comprises of the Senior Management of Ex-Real Estate Developers and also from the property management industry.
• Are well experienced with more than two (2)decades of expertise, vast knowledge and hands-on management experience in property industry especially in stratified properties/developments, from development planning, project administration to post-delivery of vacant possession i.e. building and facilities management services.
• Understands challenges faced by stakeholders thanks to personal involvement in various of enhancement in the legislation related to Building and Facilities Management of Stratified Developments and also experienced the problems encountered in the field.
• Involved in setting-up of the property management team and also overseeing the running the maintenance operation during the transition period prior to the formation of Joint Management Body or Management Corporations over more than 20 project
