Although the Management Committee of JMB and MC are volunteers, many residents expect the Council members to work as a full time Managing Agent and be fully responsible on general building maintenance operations of their buildings.

As a result, many Management Committee are expected to receive calls from the disgruntle residents directly complaining even on a minor issue. This may cause friendly neighbours to become their worst enemy if his/her complaint is not responded/resolved as per his/her expectations.

At Alam Damai Management Services, apart from building and facilities management services and ensuring that the House Rules are strictly enforced, we also serve as buffering/front liners for Council members of JMB and MC.

The Management Committee and all residents can take a breather and leave the rest of the work to Alam Damai Management Services. The Council Members’ involvement is minimum and mainly on major decision making.
